What 27 Years on Earth As A Woman Have Taught Me

There were times I really wanted to share my thoughts on different things in my daily life but wasn’t sure where to. I miss the good old days of blogging when you just write whatever you think and invite people into that space without any agenda.

So I decided to start this publication “Good Today” to occasionally open up about my personal life — things that do not require a list of bullet points and a clear conclusion; that said, I hope you’ll still be able to take away something for yourself (there’s actually a “key lessons” section at the end of this article.)

If you want to know what it’s like to be an Asian woman carving out space in a country half the world away, learning to be fully herself and live a wholesome life, you’re at the right place. It’s going to be real, honest, and up-close.

Aging

My 27th birthday is coming up soon — it feels bizarre.

Like many others my age, I certainly don’t feel 27. But I have nothing against getting older. I’ve long decided that anything natural is worth embracing, so I’m happy to celebrate another year of living on this earth.
